About

I have been helping support people for many years, through my office based Clinical Hypnotherapy and Counselling sessions. Supporting my clients, working holistically, exploring their challenges together, so as they are able to move towards their goals in a safe and supported way.

I am an accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Equine Psychotherapist, running my Reeba Equine Assisted Therapy business in the West of Melbourne.

My primary mission is to increase our capacities for self-awareness and mindfulness. A sense of awareness enables us to learn that we have the power of choice. Without awareness, reactions occur at an unconscious level and unwanted behaviours are then created. Yet, once we gain a level of awareness, it becomes easier to choose our own behavioural patterns.

Awareness and choice allow curiosity to flourish within us. This then leads us to explore our own inner resources, enabling us to grow.

I am an experienced practitioner and am accredited in the following specialty areas:

  • Counsellor
  • Clinical Hypnotherapist
  • Sleep Talk for Children Consultant
  • Equine Psychotherapist, having trained with Meg Kirby Founder of Equine Psychotherapy Institute. EPI Model

I now bring my unique skills to the Outdoors, with my small herd of horses- (Pancake, Shadow, Destiny and Merlin). This brings together my two great passions in life – helping others to change and grow and my lifelong love of horses.

Sleeptalk for children
Rebecca is a trained consultant in the Goulding sleep talk for children process having done extensive training with Joan Goulding

The Goulding Sleep Talk™ for Children has been described as a Powerful Process of Positive Parenting.

It is a practical stress free process of assisting parents to help their children while they sleep. Waking up in the morning with a more positive mind set. Enabling them to maximise individual potential. It only takes a few minutes to present, and the results last a lifetime.
